About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). As a key member of our Digital Empowerment unit, you will be responsible for setting the technical roadmap and delivering a seamless employee experience across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set the technical roadmap for the LXP in collaboration with the Business Product Owner
  • Drive the implementation of new features, releases, and enhancements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process
  • Own product budget and allocate to activities
  • Orchestrate 3rd party platform integration into the LXP
  • Ensure high-quality User management process
  • Collaborate with E.ON colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Continuously improve governance, knowledge management, and processes to establish a robust run phase of the LXP
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery and running of the platform

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in technical product ownership, learning and development, talent management, or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of the digital learning landscape, including technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
