We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our team at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for offering technical leadership in the planning, design, and implementation phases, guiding in aligning solutions with architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services to internal teams and platform users, offering expertise on ServiceNow best practices, capabilities, and implementation strategies.
  • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors, staying informed about new releases, obtaining support when needed, and participating in user communities.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources for optimal responsiveness.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Understand ServiceNow license modules, contracts, and support in the preparation of contract amendments.
  • Act as a SPOC for ServiceNow related communications.

Requirements:

  • IT education with several years of experience or a degree in (Business) Informatics.
  • Professional understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and web technologies with current certifications at best.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Strong ability to design and implement workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow tools.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, ability to implement and enforce security policies, and conduct regular audits.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and support teams effectively.
  • Experience in managing projects related to ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or customization using agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks with Scrum.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
