About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team of professionals who help clients gain more control over their treasury, risk, and liquidity operations. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring our treasury management solutions for clients across various industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various functional and technical modules.
  • Develop a personalized training plan to learn new skills and modules.
  • Assist project leads on solution design workshops with customers and lead certain aspects of solution design independently.
  • Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint).
  • Cross-train across functional and connectivity modules.
  • Configure and test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules.
  • Assist customers in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support.
  • Lead certain aspects of training sessions and create custom training agendas.
  • Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations.
  • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software.
  • Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time.
  • Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years' experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or other relevant experience.
  • Fluent in German, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management.
  • Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or Financial Systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Business Intelligence is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovative solutions.
  • Critical thinking and out-of-the-box solution approach.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
