SAP Business Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Manager to join our team at 0023 DXC Technology Deutschland Consulting GmbH. As a SAP Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees in the DACH region, mainly Germany & Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Manage goal setting, goal achievement, and performance of team members, and support their career progression.
  • Act as Staffing Manager for non-fixed bid demand and fixed-bid work projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and team members.
  • Oversee the work of technical groups and be responsible for their overall delivery.
  • Own the S&OP process and continuously challenge and improve delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong industry knowledge and ability to understand trends in the market.
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships and act as SPOC for run service outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership skills to drive a diverse team of employees and suppliers.
  • Ability to deploy and expend proactive continuous improvements and manage urgent and complex tasks.
