Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Ratingen. As a key member of our regional sales force, you will be responsible for acquiring and advising customers, creating individual and sustainable transport solutions, and driving business growth in the air and sea freight product areas.
Your Responsibilities:- Process sales territories independently in the air and sea freight product areas, with a focus on the air freight sector.
- Acquire new customers through customer presentations, negotiations, and contract conclusions.
- Support and advise existing customers to expand business and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and product areas to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market and competitive environments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Utilize CRM tools for all sales activities.
- Completed training or degree in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably with a comparable product focus.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a structured approach.
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
- Confident and engaging communication style.
- High level of initiative and a strong regional network.
- Fluent business language skills in German and English.
- Class B driving license.
