Your Role

As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and securing the Microsoft 365 Enterprise suite and Azure virtual machines within our organization. Your role will involve managing services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, while also ensuring the effective operation of Azure VMs. Your primary goal will be to maintain seamless functionality, optimal performance, and strict security compliance across both Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Microsoft 365 Environment:
    • Administer and maintain all components of Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
    • Ensure optimal performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Azure Virtual Machines Oversight:
    • Deploy and manage Azure virtual machines to support various workloads.
    • Optimize resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
    • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure VMs.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Develop and enforce security policies to protect Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
    • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify risks.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Identity and Access Management:
    • Manage user identities and access controls using Azure Active Directory.
    • Implement security measures such as multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
  • SharePoint Administration:
    • Design and manage SharePoint Online sites to facilitate collaboration.
    • Establish governance policies for effective content management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and Azure VMs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Azure virtual machine management.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
