About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Backhaul Planning Team Lead to join our team. As a Backhaul Planning Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing our backhaul network to ensure high-quality and reliable services to our customers. You will work closely with our technical teams to design and implement new network architectures and technologies, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our network meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the backhaul network to ensure high-quality and reliable services to customers
  • Design and implement new network architectures and technologies
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the network meets the highest standards of performance and reliability
  • Manage and optimize network resources to ensure efficient use of capacity and minimize costs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backhaul planning and network management
  • Strong knowledge of network planning and management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
