Quality Management Specialist for Suppliers

Your Responsibilities:
This role focuses on the prompt handling of supplier-related quality issues and complaints. The primary objective is to continuously enhance the quality of products and processes.
- Investigate customer complaints associated with supplier products.
- Conduct supplier development initiatives, including process and product audits.
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the CAQ system, communicate with the relevant suppliers, and establish Quality Service Agreements (QSV).
- Regularly assess supplier failure metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform random sample inspections to verify ISO9001 compliance among suppliers and execute external audits of processes and products.
- Plan and oversee the initial sampling of vendor components.
- Conduct annual evaluations of suppliers.
Your Qualifications:
Your expertise will enhance our team’s capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent commercial or technical training.
- Training in supplier quality management, such as quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, process management, or supplier management.
- Relevant professional experience in supplier quality management and quality methodologies (e.g., Continuous Improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
- Technical product knowledge and understanding.
- Experience in supplier management and development, along with knowledge of legal requirements for managing supplier quality.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office (e.g., Excel, including Pivot Tables).
- A strong focus on process KPIs.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
