Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR processes from recruitment to development, supporting leadership in employee development, sourcing and attracting top talent, handling employee lifecycle tasks, facilitating communication and feedback processes, and organizing training and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Management: Develop and implement effective HR processes to support business growth and employee development.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver employee development programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top talent to join our team, utilizing modern recruiting platforms and strategies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and all related tasks to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communication and Feedback: Facilitate open and transparent communication, ensuring employees feel heard and valued.
  • Training and Development: Organize training and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in HR roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Active user of modern recruiting platforms and tools.
