Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to enhance our team in NRW, specializing in Fiber Optics & Telecommunications. This full-time role is pivotal in nurturing our local partners, agencies, and retailers, transforming them into robust sales channels and service allies capable of addressing customer technical challenges directly.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support, and maintain a sustainable network of sales partners in the Fiber Optics domain.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sales partners within the designated sales territory.
  • Provide training to sales partners on innovative products.
  • Ensure quality assurance through consistent follow-up with sales partners and field sales teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Lay the groundwork for sustainable and profitable growth in the Fiber Optics sector.
  • Assist sales partners with area marketing initiatives and coordinate Fiber Optics projects.
  • Conduct regular business evaluations and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Generate analytical reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Align and achieve revenue and sales objectives responsibly.
  • Document and analyze relevant market trends and developments.

Your Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for field sales and a knack for engaging with partners and customers.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a business or technical field.
  • Several years of experience in sales and field sales, preferably.
  • A strong enthusiasm for sales and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning in Fiber Optics and DSL technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and creativity in teamwork.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on results.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
