Technical Support Specialist

Your responsibilities will include participating in client discussions, working closely with the sales manager to develop customer relationships, and leading trial management at customer sites. You will also be responsible for performing benchmarking analysis, identifying unmet technical needs, and translating performance requirements into product specification requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Engineering in Material Science, Ceramics, or Mineral Chemistry, as well as several years of job experience in technical support and customer application management. You will also need strong communication skills, flexibility, and a taste for challenges.
