Drive Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Drive Solutions Specialist to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing drive solutions for large industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals for drive solutions, including specifications, calculations, and LoA documents.
- Manage systems and solutions to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a reasonable division of scope and value flows.
- Request, clarify, and evaluate sub-supplier offers for transformers, MV switchgear, MCCs, and other related equipment.
- Conduct technical and price negotiations with customers and partners.
- Support the sales team in customer discussions and proposal requirements.
- Develop and implement proposal standards, including product descriptions, contract conditions, and standard calculations.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Many years of experience in project business, engineering, and/or commissioning activities in drive solutions.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of production processes in oil & gas, petrochemical, metals, mining, energy, and other industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of drive technology, including motor design, converters, transformers, switchgear, and related Siemens and third-party products.
- Project management methodology knowledge for proposal and execution processes.
- Systematic working style, analytical skills, team skills, and organizational talent.
- Fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel worldwide.
