About the Role

As an SCM Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize productivity measures and drive business growth
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Requirements
  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in performance controlling, finance, or project management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Fluency in English, with additional German language skills an asset
