About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team at Workday GmbH (Euro). As a trusted advisor to our large enterprise customers, you will play a critical role in driving their success in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to empower and drive our customers' implementations by setting up project planning, staffing, governance, and shaping key project deliverables. You will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver large to complex Workday deployments.

As the main point of contact for both customer and Workday teams, you will work hand-in-hand with the Customer Project Manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. Your role is to deliver the expected value to our customers on time and on budget, with the best customer experience from project start-up through go-live.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a blended mix of business skills, customer focus, and leadership to guide and support the deployment to achieve customers' and team's success. You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort with communication with senior executives.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of proven program/project management experience; ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize time well
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain
  • Multinational organization and ERP implementation experience
  • Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience
