Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in interdisciplinary risk assessments to define reliability tests for product release and modification.
  • Develop and review test plans, including preparation, execution, and statistical evaluation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on reliability-related topics and maintain relevant specifications and software.
  • Create life cycle models for test planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement training courses on reliability and risk management.
  • Participate in fault analyses and FMEA.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or packaging technology.
  • Several years of experience in power electronics, packaging technology, and/or reliability.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused working style.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
