About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Office Management Leader to join our team at Central Parking. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of project management strategies and processes that drive business growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project delivery and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities and develop project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Develop and maintain project management metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and apply this knowledge to improve our project delivery processes.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or transformation environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the project management lifecycle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
