Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in primary technology for switchgear systems, you will be instrumental in developing system layouts and ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders. Your collaboration with sub-project leaders, project management, and clients will be crucial. You will play a key role in the successful construction and assembly of our switchgear solutions, contributing significantly to the energy transition and grid stabilization.

Key Contributions
  • Oversee the system layout and primary technical components for proposals and turnkey projects
  • Conduct detailed design and planning of primary technology
  • Ensure quality assurance of engineering documentation
  • Provide technical leadership to team members and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage in negotiations with clients, technical planners, and suppliers, adhering to established customer specifications and technical standards
  • Act as the primary representative for the technical aspects to overall project management
Qualifications
  • Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field with relevant professional experience
  • Extensive experience as a sub-project leader or technical project leader in both national and international contexts
  • Initial experience in leading technical teams
  • Strong resilience, assertiveness, negotiation skills, decision-making capabilities, and results-oriented communication in diverse teams
  • Fluency in German and proficient English skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional global business travel (
