Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement power distribution designs and solutions that meet customer and project requirements
- Collaborate with international sales regions, project teams, and customers to develop and implement power distribution solutions based on Siemens Electrical Products portfolio
- Resolve complex technical challenges and serve as a single point of contact for major technical issues in sales regions
- Create and maintain technical collateral, such as use cases, application examples, and templates, for reuse by others
- Design and deliver technical presentations to customers and conferences, promoting knowledge transfer and expertise
- Provide guidance, share knowledge, and educate team members to ensure a high level of technical expertise
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Extensive professional experience in Power Distribution and Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of Siemens SIMARIS Software Tools and E-CAD software, such as EPLAN P8 electrical
- Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in multiple Power Distribution areas, including cyber security, sustainability, energy efficiency, and power monitoring
- Strong understanding of the Electrical Planer and EPC industry and market, with experience interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal and external partners
- Results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and motivation to drive challenging projects forward
- Ability to create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans, meeting the demands of a rapidly evolving future
- Business fluent in English and conversational in German, with additional languages a plus
- 2-3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
