Tax Reporting Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the global annual and quarterly tax reporting activities for IFRS within the Nordex Group.
  • Oversee internal and external communications with pertinent stakeholders regarding tax-related issues.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and strategic evolution of tax reporting and compliance processes at the group level, including involvement in tax-related digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Assist with additional matters concerning tax reporting and compliance, such as country-by-country reporting.
  • Aid in the strategic advancement of the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A university degree in business, economics, or law with a specialization in taxation or accounting, or an equivalent qualification, such as a completed apprenticeship in taxation.
  • A minimum of three years of pertinent experience acquired in an in-house tax department or an international tax consultancy or accounting firm.
  • Proficient understanding of tax compliance and tax accounting in accordance with IFRS.
  • Familiarity with tax process development is advantageous.
  • Competence in MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN software) and SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to articulate complex tax matters to non-specialists.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with a diligent and independent work ethic.
