Join Our Team as a Security Operations Monitoring Specialist
At OSB AG, we are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our security operations.
Your Role:
- As a key member of the SPO Technical Team, you will assist the Security Monitoring Manager in overseeing security operations.
- You will engage in the management of Galileo's SECMON processes, which encompass security monitoring and control activities executed by the SPO Operational Teams, utilizing defined system-level processes and tools.
- Your responsibilities will include providing regulatory and programmatic support, ensuring the local teams adhere to SECMON-related activities.
- You will collaborate with local EUSPA representatives on daily operations and contribute to both periodic and ad-hoc reporting.
- Your input will be vital in verifying operational products and procedures developed by the SPO teams, potentially involving participation in system validation or simulation activities.
- You will play a role in refining analysis processes and developing methodologies for investigating security events.
- Your expertise will be needed in assessing the supporting infrastructures during verification phases, analyzing capabilities, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Additionally, you will help manage lessons learned processes and participate in the analysis of anomalies, configuration changes, and operational planning.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in similar roles, preferably within Space or Defence sectors, or in high-security commercial environments.
- Familiarity with the Galileo program and its specific accreditation processes is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies related to security accreditation at both national and international levels.
- Experience in security risk assessment and management.
- Knowledge of system security documentation review and security inspections.
- Understanding of technologies used in the cyber-protection of critical IT infrastructures.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Italian, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- A strong team-oriented mindset, capable of leveraging resources beyond direct control.
- Proficiency in standard office automation tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet, etc.).
