Position: Agile Project Facilitator (m/w/d) for the Digitalization Division

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing two to three SCRUM development teams in the role of Agile Project Facilitator (m/w/d)
  • Implementation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of agile methodologies and processes, particularly SCRUM, within our software development teams
  • Planning, facilitating, and following up on SCRUM meetings and workshops
  • Supporting the Product Owner (m/w/d) throughout the entire SCRUM process
  • Identifying and eliminating obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
  • Coaching and training team members in self-management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and agile practices

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as an Agile Project Facilitator (m/w/d) in a technical environment
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, especially SCRUM
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
  • Certifications such as SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent are advantageous
