Position: Agile Project Facilitator (m/f/d) for the Digitalization Division
Your Responsibilities:
- Support two to three SCRUM development teams in the role of Agile Project Facilitator (m/f/d)
- Implement, execute, and continuously enhance agile methodologies and processes, particularly SCRUM, within our software development teams
- Plan, moderate, and follow up on SCRUM meetings and workshops
- Assist the Product Owner (m/f/d) throughout the entire SCRUM process
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
- Coach and train team members in self-management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and agile practices
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an Agile Project Facilitator (m/f/d) in a technical environment
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, especially SCRUM
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Certifications such as SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, or similar are advantageous
