Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects in the high-tech industry, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Managing customer and supplier relationships, including negotiations and communication in English.
  • Defending and enforcing company interests against customers and suppliers, in line with business objectives and representing the company.
  • Making decisions on projects in collaboration with the management team.
  • Managing escalations and conflicts.
  • Calculating project resources and planning.
  • Coordinating and preparing meetings, as well as documenting relevant topics.
  • Performing all other tasks necessary for project success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) with relevant work experience and project management experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with a wide range of GEWO products is desirable.
  • Excellent team skills and proactive behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio).
  • Good knowledge of a warehouse management system and related business processes.
  • Understanding of quality management.
  • Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking.
