Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package food and other in-flight supplies according to airline specifications
  • Load trays and trolleys according to airline requirements
  • Conduct quality and quantity checks of loaded items based on delivery lists
  • Support monthly inventory management
  • Ensure adherence to established safety standards
  • Maintain and enforce hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
  • Desirable experience in airline catering, event catering, or related fields in the food industry
  • Open to career changers
  • High level of attention to detail and a meticulous work style, with the ability to work independently
  • Responsibility and quality awareness
  • Reliability and honesty
  • High level of engagement, hands-on mentality, and flexibility (shift work)
  • Service-oriented and team-focused
  • Good German and/or English language skills
  • Valid police clearance, ideally with a reliability check under § 7 Luft-SIG (Air Security Act)
