Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING GmbH. This role involves a range of responsibilities centered around the effective management of electrical systems within both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical facility management tasks, ensuring the independent operation of electrical systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and coordination for the resolution of faults.
  • Organize and facilitate expert inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards.
  • Manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of systems.
  • Monitor operational safety and system availability to prevent disruptions.
  • Optimize operations by providing cost estimates and suggestions for renovations and upgrades.
  • Develop performance specifications to guide project execution.
  • Supervise project monitoring, acceptance, and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data for effective resource management.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Technician degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and bidding software.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
