Senior Application Specialist – O9 (f/m/d)
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You Will Do:
Focus on the deployment of O9 advanced planning solutions, acting as a vital link between Supply Chain, internal teams, and external IT partners. Serve as the authority on O9 solution configuration and customization, providing insights on capabilities and standard reference model features. Design and create cutting-edge reports and tenant features to assist business teams in their daily master planning activities across the entire Supply Chain. As the O9 platform specialist, comprehend the entire data flow and process landscape, including the SSIS integration layer, and possess the expertise to identify data discrepancies. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, and O9's technical architecture. Detect design flaws within the application and collaborate with O9 solutions to rectify issues promptly. Act as the primary contact for change requests or enhancements related to the application. Develop and execute workflow and data analytics test cases. Address bugs and issues while tracking progress using support tools. Facilitate key user training and manage change effectively with business stakeholders.What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. A solid foundational understanding of computer programming and Supply Chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with O9 applications; familiarity with other planning applications like Quintiq or Blue Yonder is advantageous. Proficiency in Python and IBPL. Expertise in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in SQL, along with MS Office skills. Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation capabilities using software tools and packages such as R, JavaScript, or Python are a plus. Experience in project management. Fluency in both German and English is essential.What We Offer:
