Transformative Opportunity at Medtronic

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Healthcare Consultant to join our Integrated Health Solutions team in the DACH region. If you are passionate about driving healthcare access and equity, and have a strong background in consultancy, this role may be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key hospital stakeholders to drive transformational change and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement data-driven business cases to influence key decision-makers
  • Lead projects, coach team members, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery
  • Capture best practices and continuously improve consulting methods to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or public health
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on healthcare
  • Proven program management and people management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Native German speaker with excellent English language skills
  • Ability to travel within the DACH region, with occasional international travel
