Marketing Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective utilization of HubSpot, driving successful BDR campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align workflows and goals.
Key Responsibilities- HubSpot Management: Own and manage HubSpot for seamless lead generation, tracking, analytics, and data integrity, ensuring accurate data capture and rectifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and business development representatives (BDR), to align workflows, goals, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Workflow Automation: Create, manage, and automate workflows, lists, segmentation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring with HubSpot to increase efficiency and personalize communication.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics, campaign performance, lead progression, and revenue attribution.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Reporting and Insights: Create dashboards and generate regular reports on marketing performance, BDR, marketing-led campaign effectiveness, and lead quality, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy.
- System Integration: Manage and execute API integration of systems between HubSpot and other platforms.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on HubSpot and marketing automation best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role.
- HubSpot Expertise: 4+ years experience with HubSpot, HubSpot certifications as a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation tools and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, and fluency in English.
