Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Officer in Healthcare to join our team at Johanniter Seniorenhäuser GmbH. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpflege / zum Pflegefachmann / zur Pflegefachfrau
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten (m/w/d) oder Bereitschaft zur Erlangung dieser Qualifikation
  • Soziale und kommunikative Kompetenzen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Entscheidungs- und Kritikfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2 Niveau)
