Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Executive Assistant (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing für unseren CEO. Wenn du voller Tatendrang bist und Lust hast, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
Aufgaben- Du unterstützt unseren CEO als rechte Hand in allen administrativen, operativen sowie strategischen Belangen und übernimmst dabei eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketingteam zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Kampagnen, Events und strategischen Projekten.
- Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends, um neue Marketingchancen zu identifizieren, und unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Marketingaktivitäten.
- Du unterstützt bei der internen und externen Kommunikation.
- Du übernimmst die Organisation sowie die sorgfältige Vor- und Nachbereitung geschäftlicher Meetings und sorgst für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung beschlossener Maßnahmen.
- Du übersetzt und konkretisierst Visionen und grobe Ideen in terminierte Tasklisten.
- Du überwachst verschiedene Projekte im Unternehmen hinsichtlich des Umfangs und der Einhaltung zeitlicher Rahmenbedingungen. Du hältst zudem die Projektabschlüsse eigenständig nach.
- Du lieferst aussagekräftige Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Basis von Recherchen, Analysen und Statistiken.
- Du erstellst ansprechende Präsentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
- Du gehst deine Aufgaben mit Kreativität und Elan an und hast so die Möglichkeit dich zu einer Schlüsselposition im Unternehmen zu entwickeln.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und verstehst komplexe Zusammenhänge sowie neue Technologien und Märkte.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im (Multi-) Projektmanagement oder als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung mit und bist es gewohnt, mehrere Projekte und Themen parallel zu bearbeiten.
- Du hast breite Kenntnisse im Bereich Marketing.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung als Teamlead oder in einer vergleichbaren Position gemacht.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert – neu eingeworfene Themen fängst du auf und entwickelst sie weiter, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.
- Du scheust dich nicht hierarchieunabhängig nachzuhaken, bis du eine zufriedenstellende Antwort oder ein Ergebnis hast.
- Du bist kommunikativ und beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache gleichermaßen sehr gut – sowohl schriftlich als auch verbal.
- Du bist bereit zu reisen und hast Spaß daran, Teil eines internationalen Teams zu sein.
- Du brennst für deine Arbeit, bist belastbar und jederzeit bereit dein Bestes zu geben – Hands-on ist deine Mentalität.
