Overview
As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (d/f/m) at Ottobock, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our total rewards strategy. This position offers you the chance to enhance, execute, and oversee innovative compensation and benefits initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth compensation and benefits analyses to evaluate competitive positioning and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continue to advance our job evaluation framework.
- Oversee the annual global salary review and bonus distribution processes.
- Engage in and lead projects aimed at the implementation, optimization, and standardization of remuneration tools on both national and international scales.
- Develop and enforce guidelines and procedures for job evaluations.
- Facilitate effective employee communication regarding compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with co-determination committees, including negotiation processes.
- Participate in and lead works council discussions on compensation and benefits projects.
- Foster a global community focused on compensation and benefits.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders concerning compensation and benefits matters.
Candidate Profile
- You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, complemented by several years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation/grading, and incentive systems, preferably on an international scale, is expected.
- You possess a high level of adaptability to swiftly respond to evolving topics and requirements.
- A strong affinity for numbers, coupled with an analytical mindset and a methodical approach, is essential.
- You have a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion and exhibit strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English is a valuable asset.
