About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our production team in Verden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including quality control, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotating job functions including picking, storage, packing, and quality control
- Supplying the production area with food pallets or boxes
- Communicating any production errors or material defects to your line manager
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Working as part of a permanent shift team
- Loading and unloading trucks, as well as operating internal transport systems for food and packaging material
Requirements
- Knowledge of German or English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a refrigerated area
- Reliability and punctuality, with attention to detail and ability to handle food items with care
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of food quality standards and ability to perform quality assurance tests
- Forklift license and experience in handling forklifts (ideal)
