Job Overview
We are currently seeking a colleague (m/w/d) for on-site IT support at a customer location to provide 3rd Level Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast and efficient support to users in the area of desktop PCs, products, and services, mostly during regular working hours, occasionally in shifts and on call.
- IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Forwarding of non-resolvable IT tickets.
- Independent verification of service status, e.g., the time to resolve a ticket.
- Timely installation and deinstallation of hardware and software using existing installation tools.
- Interface between users and service desk as well as external suppliers.
- Conducting hardware and software tests using existing test and diagnostic tools, followed by correction or forwarding, and documentation.
- Documentation of current hardware and software for updating the configuration management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in professional IT support, desirable, or private experience and affinity for the IT sector.
- Experience with common operating systems.
- Experience with common applications, e.g., MS-Office, Oracle, etc.
- Knowledge of ticket systems.
- Network knowledge (connection of PCs and other network devices, e.g., printers).
- Zertifikate like OEM, CompTIA, MCITP, MOS are advantageous.
- Good German and English skills.
- Valid driving license class B.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Customer-friendly.
- Independent working style.
- National travel readiness.
