Your Role:As a Working Student in our Legal & Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our legal operations within an international context, supporting our business across various countries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in a variety of legal issues, particularly in consumer law, IT law, data protection law, and insurance contract law.
- Conduct thorough legal research on emerging regulations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
- Maintain and update our contract management and data protection systems, ensuring effective monitoring of deadlines.
- Contribute to the quality assurance of terms and conditions as well as other legal documents.
- Address complaints and ensure they are resolved appropriately.

- Currently studying German Law (state examination, Bachelor's, or Master's) at a German university or University of Applied Sciences, preferably in Semester 5 or higher.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, with clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- A meticulous, independent, and pragmatic work ethic.
