Die Locke Staffing Group ist eine internationale Personalberatung im IT-Bereich mit Standorten in mehreren Ländern, die sich auf die Rekrutierung von Fachkräften in den Bereichen Salesforce und Cybersecurity spezialisiert hat.

Wir suchen engagierte und dynamische Mitarbeiter:innen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Wenn Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Personalbeschaffung gesammelt haben, sei es als Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in, ist dies eine hervorragende Gelegenheit für Sie. Auch Hochschulabsolvent:innen und Bewerber:innen mit ersten beruflichen Erfahrungen (z.B. im Vertrieb oder Einkauf) sind herzlich willkommen.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Besetzung offener Stellen durch die Vermittlung von qualifizierten Fach- und Führungskräften.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kandidat:innen und Kunden via Telefon, Video und E-Mail, um ein positives und professionelles Erlebnis zu gewährleisten.
  • Betreuung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses von A bis Z, einschließlich Neukundenakquise, Vertragsverhandlungen, Kandidatensuche, Terminvereinbarungen für Interviews und Feedbackeinholung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenstamms und kontinuierlicher Aufbau von Key Accounts.
  • Identifikation und Qualifizierung geeigneter Kandidat:innen für unsere Kunden.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Festanstellung, als Werkstudent oder Praktikant, mit einem Verständnis für Unternehmensabläufe.
  • Hohes analytisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z.B. Office365, Salesforce) und großen Datenmengen.
  • Hohe intrinsische Motivation, Risikobereitschaft, Unternehmergeist, Neugier und Proaktivität sowie ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
