About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Client Services Manager to join our Business Client Advisory Services team at 360T. The team's mission is to provide exceptional client experiences by delivering valuable business support to external and internal stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the company.

As a Business Client Services Manager, you will be the first point of contact for business-related topics and will face a variety of tasks in a fast-changing and growing organization. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skillset in an international and innovative fintech company, benefiting from the experience and one-on-one training from our senior team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service for existing and new customers
  • Manage, solve, and escalate all incoming requests from clients
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients to the system
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
  • Conduct system trainings for client users
  • Maintain, document, analyze, and improve existing workflows and processes
  • Take ownership of various types of projects (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups, integration, or workflows)
  • Participate in quality assurance testing of the full range of products and features on our platform
  • Advise and share expertise with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Technical Client Advisory Services, Accounting, IT, etc.)
  • Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge about company products and services

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with excellent service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
