Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Advisory team, you will be responsible for leading projects and advising international companies, banks, insurance companies and other financial service providers on M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects independently and represent the work results to clients
  • Analyze the annual financial statements and financial key figures of a target company in the context of a financial due diligence, derive strengths and weaknesses, and identify risks to provide our clients with a recommendation for a purchase/sale decision
  • Be actively involved in the development and intensification of existing customer relationships
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a degree in business administration, business informatics, business engineering or a comparable course of study
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in consulting or in a financial services company in the field of transaction consulting, due diligence, M&A investment banking or finance
  • Knowledge of accounting under HGB and under international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) desirable
  • Communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of self-initiative and responsibility
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be based in Frankfurt am Main and will be required to be prepared to commute or plan a move before taking up the role.
