Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our Market and Business Intelligence department. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Lead Management team and contributing to the success of our international sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead Management team to generate leads and develop sales strategies
  • Communicate with customers worldwide via email and support the central e-mail inbox
  • Structure customer requirements and integrate international sales and service organizations
  • Develop statistics and key figures for sales using CRM tools and support management reporting
  • Design e-learning templates and video tutorials for the lead process

Learning Opportunities

  • Gain insight into dynamic sales and CRM processes of a rapidly growing global player
  • Understand processes and organization in front office/inbound sales
  • Develop international customer communication skills in B2B/B2G environment of security electronics
  • Learn methods, KPIs, and dashboards in lead intelligence and sales planning
  • Apply state-of-the-art AI-based OSINT tools (open source intelligence)
  • Use agile business intelligence and CRM tools
  • Develop skills in video creation and editing
  • Create management-oriented presentations

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or similar
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio, and MS Power BI desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Reliable, independent, and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
