Global Immigration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to support the needs of our growing DEU immigration team based in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily immigration service execution as part of the DEU immigration case working team.
Key Responsibilities- Filing and executing immigration cases, coordinating between recruitment, onboarding, and other HR stakeholders and government authorities; formulating and executing the best possible immigration strategy for each employee.
- Manage a high caseload of applications, including new Visas, renewals, cancelations, and amendments of work permits and residency visas.
- Coordinate with other team members for drafting and submission and collection of documents/approval notices.
- Manage a high volume of communications with employees and internal groups while meeting the team's respond SLA within a single business day or sooner.
- Participate in formulating action plans to resolve issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience of hands-on German corporate immigration experience.
- Excellent Germany and English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Process optimization experience.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
