Job Opportunity: Global Contracting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Contracting department as a Working Student. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and negotiating contracts according to specified criteria.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage in contract analysis and negotiation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Research contract content in response to queries from specialist departments.
  • Participate in creating and optimizing workflows and processes, including the roll-out of a new global contract lifecycle management tool.
  • Archive contracts in our globally used database.
  • Support in drafting presentations and preparing training courses.
Your Profile:
  • You are studying towards a degree in law or business law.
  • You are still enrolled for at least 24 months.
  • You are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • You are open-minded, curious, and willing to work in global teams.
  • You have an independent, careful, and reliable way of working.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
