Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our Market Activation team, you will play a critical role in building iconic brands and driving consumer marketing efforts across the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities- Activate brand and promo plans for K Brands in the DACH market, managing commercial initiatives from concept to in-store implementation.
- Execute in-store activation and channel activities, including local customer and channel activations.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, reporting, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns.
- Assist with the deployment of the shopper marketing strategy for the DACH region, including customer-specific marketing like sampling and retailer loyalty programs.
- Support activities to create and nurture relationships with influencers.
- Exposure to brand marketing within an international company.
- Stakeholder management skills, having the ability to confidently interact and influence key decision-makers.
- The ability to speak and write fluently in both English and German.
