About the role The Key Account Manager (M/F) is responsible for marketing the group's offerings while ensuring adherence to the commercial policy. They develop and maintain the client portfolio and actively participate in prospecting for new clients. Their goal is to offer a dynamic and varied 360° solution (print, digital, and event management), as well as tailored solutions for key accounts. The Key Account Manager (M/F) is responsible for: Developing and following up on a commercial action plan. Establishing strategic partnerships. Managing both short and long sales cycles. Negotiating commercial contracts in line with cost, deadline, and quality objectives. Prospecting key accounts and selling products/services in accordance with the company’s methods and commercial strategy. Profile Proven experience in business development in the communication/advertising sector, particularly in media sales, advertising agencies, or event management. Fluency in German and in French is essential.
