Community Bank is a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) owned bank provided by the Military Services to support authorized customers’ needs. The bank is operated through a contract between the DoD and a commercial financial institution. We strive to go the distance to deliver, with discipline and passion and believe in connecting with people person-to-person, with empathy and understanding.For our District Office in Mainz-Kastel we are looking for anIT System Administrator (m/f/d)as soon as possible, working full-time (40 hrs.) on-site.Your key responsibilitiesLead technical projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary technical leadProvide 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, remote tools and on-siteSupport user and device management using Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and M365 Admin CenterInstall, configure, and maintain Windows-based client/server systems using MDT or Intune AutopilotTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC’s, printers, scanners, phones and other peripheralsIdentify and document system requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needsSet up and support modern workplaces (notebooks, tablets, smartphones)Software deployment & patching using patch management and software deployment toolsYour skillsYou are a flexible, logical and analytical thinker and fluent in oral and written German and EnglishYou are team-oriented, have a structured, and proactive working style and the ability to work and remain calm under pressureYou possess a Class B driver’s license and the willingness to travel (approx. 25%)You have successfully completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker or equivalent IT qualification and proven experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level), ideally in a mid-sized businessWhat do we offerA permanent employment contract in a unique working environmentA small team, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the company's success30 days’ vacation per year and 6 days off in additionSpecial payments twice a year (Christmas pay and vacation pay)Educational Assistance Benefits for your further educationGood connections to public transport and free parking directly in front of the officePlease note that applications must be submitted online at the link below which will take you to our career website:We are looking forward to hearing from youNavy Federal Credit UnionHuman Resources -510-E-Mail:
