As an EU Sales Manager (for UK, Spain, Italy, France or Sweden), you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into the European market by managing our sales process. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new leads in the respective countries. Leveraging your expertise in sales, you will establish and nurture relationships to ensure the successful execution of new clients for Scale Compass.

Tasks

Objective of this vacant freelance position: We would like to introduce our Scale Compass Germany service to start-up and scale-up companies in the five countries mentioned above.

Your main task (Either for Italy, Sweden, Spain, France or the UK).

  • You have a good network in the start-up ecosystem in your country. We would like you to introduce us to your start-ups and scale-ups contacts (SMEs and EU Tenders winners also included) in your respective country whom we can present our services to, in an online meeting.
Requirements
  • We are looking for a Sales Manager for each of the following 5 countries: (UK, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden) - in addition, the person must also speak the native language of one of these 5 countries.
  • Experience in sales is not a mandatory requirement, but the following points are a prerequisite and very important:
  • You must be very familiar with the start-up ecosystem in your respective country.
  • You have your own network and good contacts in the local ecosystem for start-ups and innovative SMEs.
  • Very important: You have contacts with the winners of EU tenders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A basic knowledge of English to communicate with us.
