Aufgaben
  • (Weiter-)Entwicklung einer kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Fundraising Strategie für HAWAR. help und German Dream, inkl. Zielsetzung, Planung der Aktivitäten und Maßnahmen sowie Kontrolle der Ergebnisse im Fundraising
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fundraising-Teams (aktuell eine Festangestellte)
  • Großspenden-Fundraising: Fortlaufende Akquise und Betreuung von Neuspender:innen im Großspenden-Segment bundesweit, sowie strategische Planung und Steuerung von neuen Formaten für die Zielgruppenerschließung im Großspenden-Segment
  • Antragsmanagement: Analyse und Bewertung der Fördermöglichkeiten auf Bundes-, Länder- und Kommunalebene sowie international
  • Teils aktives Antragsmanagement und Sparring für die Projektleiter:innen bei der Formulierung von Anträgen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Abstimmung von Events und Terminen und Nachhalten der Kontakte, die durch die Geschäftsführung und andere Teammitglieder geknüpft werden
  • Repräsentation von HAWAR. help & German Dream bei Veranstaltungen für die Akquisition von oben genannten Zielgruppen
  • Aufbau bzw. Ausbau eines Beziehungsmanagements mit Spendern, Multiplikatoren und Medienkontakten
  • kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Kommunikationsabteilung zu Marktbeobachtung, Identifizierung von Zielgruppen, Aufbereitung von Informationen, Auswertung von Marketing- und Fundraisingmaßnahmen
  • Koordination von Spender- und Netzwerkveranstaltungen in Kooperation mit der Events- und Kommunikationabteilung
Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Fundraising, Vertrieb, Investment (VC) Bereich oder im Key-Account Management
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung von kleinen bis mittelgroßen Teams
  • Du kannst Erfolge im Management von Anträgen und Förderprogrammen nachweisen
  • Du kannst Erfolge in der Akquisition von Großspenden nachweisen
  • Die Erschließung von neuen Zielgruppen und Generierung von Leads ist dir vertraut
  • Du hast ein breites, relevantes Netzwerk zur Erschließung neuer Finanzierungswege und hast Freude am Aufbau und an der Pflege von neuen Spenderkontakten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und wirtschaftsorientiert, bist zahlenaffin und analytisch
  • Deine Kommunikationskompetenz in Wort und Schrift (Textsicherheit) ist stark ausgeprägt
  • Du bist smart, vorausschauend und hast ein gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Idealerweise kannst du relevante Fortbildungen und Zertifizierungen (wie z.B. Fundraising Akademie) vorweisen
