We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our founding team. This role can be part-time or full-time and offers real ownership and impact shaping the growth of our product in the agriculture sector. Tasks Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness partners in Germany Build, manage, and grow pipelines of farmer and partner leads through outreach, pilot projects, and marketing campaigns Organize farmer events, demos, and campaigns to increase adoption and gather feedback Collaborate with founders to improve product-market fit based on farmer and partner insights Track key growth metrics and maintain simple sales and marketing reporting Requirements Native-level German fluency and strong English communication skills Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in startups Preferably experience in agriculture, farmer advisory, or working with agribusinesses Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently Willingness to work in a dynamic early-stage startup environment Valid Class B driving license Benefits Founding team role with ownership and long-term growth potential Stock options to share in the future success and growth of Soyle Opportunity to impact sustainable farming at scale Flexible work arrangements (part-time/full-time, remote options possible) Be part of a mission-driven company with a positive environmental impact Ready to bring your business development and marketing skills to the forefront of AgTech innovation?
