👋 Über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Research Analysten mit solider Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche, um die Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer Analyse- und Ratingplattform zu unterstützen.

Der ideale Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rating- oder Finanzbranche und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digital Assets, um unsere Ratings auf ein neues Level zu heben.

Aufgaben
  • Aggregieren und Analysieren von Daten, um aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, sowie die Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Daten.
  • Vorbereitung und Verfassen umfassender Rating-Reports, einschließlich Konzeption, Datenanalyse und klarer Präsentation der Ergebnisse.
  • Abstimmung interner Anforderungen und Einschränkungen mit Entwicklern, Marketing, Vertrieb und externen Partnern, um die Übereinstimmung des Produkts mit Unternehmenszielen und Kundenbedürfnissen zu gewährleisten.
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Forschungsaktivitäten und die Datenaggregation den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und mit den einschlägigen Gesetzen und Vorschriften übereinstimmen.
  • Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Datenerfassung, Automatisierung, Analyseverfahren und Berichterstattungsprozesse. Halte dich über die besten Praktiken der Branche auf dem Laufenden.
  • Verbesserung unseres ganzheitlichen Rating-Frameworks durch Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Relevanz von Metriken durch Analyse der Marktbedingungen und Trends bei Digital Assets.
Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Datenforschung, vorzugsweise im Finanzsektor, mit Schwerpunkt auf Datenanalyse und Kreditratings. (>3 Jahre Erfahrung)
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Blockchain-Technologie und tokenisierter Vermögenswerte.
  • Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Vertrautheit mit Agile- und Scrum-Methoden.
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Finanzmärkte, Anlagestrategien und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen für Digital Assets.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten um mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten in Englisch.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, um strategische Pläne auf der Grundlage von Marktforschung und Dateneinblicken zu entwickeln.
  • Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten,sowie sich an neue Markttrends und technologische Fortschritte anzupassen.
