Du bist an der Entwicklung, Erweiterung und Wartung von Technologien und Modellen für die automatische Spracherkennung (ASR) in verschiedenen Bereichen und Sprachen interessiert? Der Schwerpunkt Deiner Arbeit im Bereich

**In dieser Rolle wirst du als Experte für Deep Learning mit ASR Anwendung**:

- Algorithmen und Modelle für das Echtzeit ASR System des Unternehmens entwickeln und optimieren
- die ASR Leistung über den gesamten Zyklus der Daten
- und Modellentwicklung verbessern
- Datensätze, ASR Infrastrukturen und Tools erstellen und pflegen
- andere ASR-Systeme testen und evaluieren, um fortwährend auf dem Letztstand aktuellster Ansätze und SOA zu bleiben
- kontinuierlich mit BetreuerInnen und anderen ForscherInnen zusammenarbeiten
- als PoC an kommerziellen, als auch Forschungsprojekten teilnehmen
- bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsaktivitäten mitwirken (z. B. Präsentationen bei Veranstaltungen)

**Dein Profil sollte folgende Punkte vorweisen**:

- MSc. oder Ph.D. in Informatik, Elektrotechnik o.ä. mit Schwerpunkt ASR/ML
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung mit NLP, Deep Learning, Sprachverarbeitung oder ähnlichem
- gute Programmierkenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Python, Perl, C/C++, Shell-Scripting
- Erfahrung mit einem oder mehreren der gängigen Tools/Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Kaldi, OpenFST, SpeechBrain, Whisper
- Erfahrung auf Windows und Linux Plattformen
- selbstständiger Arbeitsstil, Flexibilität und Eigenschaften eines proaktiven Teamplayers
- analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein scharfes Auge für Details
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1/B2 Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse auf B1/B2 Niveau
- Arbeitsgenehmigung für Deutschland

- Erfahrung mit mehrsprachigem ASR, Echtzeit ASR, Sprecherdialogisierung und Audioverbesserung
- Erfahrung mit umfangreicher Datenanalyse, als auch der Verarbeitung und Modelltraining auf mehreren GPUs
- Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Sprache (zusätzlich zu Englisch und Deutsch)
- Interesse an Linguistik und Sprachen
