Aufgaben Deine Rolle Du arbeitest Seite an Seite mit den Gründern (Florian & Henri) und erlebst, wie man ein wachsendes Coaching-Unternehmen skaliert – von Programmentwicklung über Marketing bis Operations. Du bist die Person, die Dinge möglich macht, weil du Strukturen schaffst, Entscheidungen vorbereitet und Projekte zum Laufen bringst. Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern an strategischen Themen (Programmaufbau, Skalierung, Produktentwicklung). Du koordinierst zentrale Projekte über verschiedene Bereiche – von Marketing zu Produkt. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Kommunikation, interne Abläufe und Prioritäten. Du bereitest Meetings, Entscheidungen und Analysen vor – präzise, strukturiert, immer mit unternehmerischem Blick. Du bist Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe – und lernst direkt aus erster Hand, wie Coaching, Unternehmertum und Transformation zusammenwirken. Qualifikation Was du mitbringst Uns geht es nicht um Abschlüsse, sondern um Haltung, Neugier und Exzellenz. Du willst verstehen, wie CEOs wirklich funktionieren – von Strategie bis Psychologie. Du bist strukturiert, schnell im Denken und stark in Kommunikation. Du arbeitest selbstständig, verlierst nie den Überblick – und gehst Themen nach, bis sie gelöst sind. Du nutzt Tools wie Notion, ChatGPT, Google Workspace und bist generell digital versiert. Du willst nicht „Assistenz spielen“, sondern mitdenken, gestalten und Verantwortung übernehmen.
