Your Impact As a Working Student Data Analyst, you will support our Data & Analytics Team across multiple 7NXT brands (BuddyFit, Gymondo & 7Mind). You will work closely with our Data Analysts and Product Teams to help answer key questions, build insights and improve decision-making. Your work helps us understand user behaviour, marketing performance and opportunities for growth and you will gain hands-on experience with modern analytics tools used in fast-paced digital companies. This role is perfect for students who want to develop strong analytical skills, learn how data influences business decisions and explore the fields of marketing analytics, product analytics and data science. Your Mission Impact Measurement & Insights Support the team in analysing campaigns, user behaviour or experiments Help prepare reports that explain what happened and why Assist in identifying opportunities for optimisation Cross-Brand Marketing Analytics Assist in tracking performance across influencers, paid social, CRM and other channels Help maintain dashboards and recurring reports Support with cohort or funnel analyses Behavioral & Product Analysis Explore user journeys, conversion funnels and engagement patterns Identify basic trends that inform product improvements and hypotheses Experimentation Support Prepare datasets and help evaluate A/B tests Assist with statistical summaries, visualisations and test documentation Collaboration & Learning Work side-by-side with Data Analysts and learn industry-standard methods Contribute to improving documentation, data quality checks and internal workflows Our Tech-Stack (You don’t need experience with all tools - motivation to learn is enough) Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Tableau, Looker, Adjust, Braze, BigQuery, Firebase, Airflow , dbt, Databricks, Amplitude Your Story You are a curious, motivated student who wants to grow into data analytics while working with real business questions. Must-Haves You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
